Evaluations and the School District

We're in the middle of having the evaluations finished and meeting with the school to see what they recommend for our daughters school setting next year. We are currently waiting for the paperwork from the agency that did the evaluations, we should be getting them soon. Then we will have a meeting with our current therapist and service coordinator, that's six women sitting on our living room floor talking about our princess while the kids run around. After that we will have our meeting with the school district. At which our service coordinator and a rep from the agency that did the evaluations will make their recommendations about our daughters care the next school year, we will also be asked what we would like to see happen for our daughter. What special schools we had looked into and so forth. If it sounds overwhelming, let me assure you it feels that way as well. We've been told that most school districts take the parent's opinion very seriously and normally will do as the parents wish. But the pressure of that is heavy also. What if we decide the wrong course of treatment? What if our daughter doesn't do well with the choice we make for her? How do I handle being away from my 3 year old baby girl for her to go to school? It took me 4 years to be able to let our son go to school for 2.5 hours a day and her day would be longer then his is now. Not to forget that our oldest will also start kindergarten next year. I think I'll have a mental break down now, instead of six months from now, who knows maybe I'll have one then too.
