Growing up

Amazing how a four (almost five) year old can make you take a second and realized how wonderfully blessed you are. On our way to his first ever friend birthday, he asks "Mom, do you know the gift that motherhood brings?" (He watches WAY too much tv) I answer "Yes I do" only to hear "Oh" back. This got me thinking about how differently I think now verses before kids. How much I "knew" back then and how it has all changed. Thank God I know the gift that motherhood brings, being that young and dumb again is not something I'd like.
